IT Systems Consultant The British Beekeepers’ Association (BBKA) acts as the umbrella organisation for around 270 clubs with 30,000 hobby beekeeping members. The charity is overseen by an elected Board of Trustees and has a small office team in Stoneleigh. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing ServiceNow ITSM development, enhancement, integration, and platform support work. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience , with strong technical knowledge of ITSM modules , including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB-related processes .
