Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Analyst / Platform Analyst to support the setup and configuration of a new ServiceNow instance for an enterprise customer in Abu Dhabi.

This role will focus on platform configuration, environment setup, and administrative configuration, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure the platform is correctly established and ready for delivery.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong ServiceNow administration and functional knowledge, who can bridge business requirements with platform setup activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup of a new ServiceNow instance from the ground up
  • Configure core platform settings including:
  • User roles and identity setup
  • Access controls and permissions
  • Notifications and communication settings
  • System properties and administrative configurations
  • Assist in environment preparation and configuration across development and test environments
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into platform configurations
  • Support process alignment and initial platform structuring
  • Ensure platform readiness for subsequent implementation phases
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and delivery teams

Experience Required

  • Proven experience working on the ServiceNow platform (Admin / BA / Functional role)
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow instance setup or early-phase implementations
  • Strong understanding of:
  • User roles, groups, and access management
  • Notifications and system configuration
  • Platform administration and setup
  • Experience working in Agile or project-based environments
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience working in consulting or partner environments
  • Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.)
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale implementations
