We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Project Manager to join us on an initial 3-month contract, to lead our project to become the global "go to " body for construction cost data analytics and benchmarking. This role is critical to enabling that transformative journey, leading on the development and delivery of a new platform.  In the role, you will work closely with the BAU team, leading on upgrading the existing product, and branching out into the key global markets.   The rate for this role is between £450 and £500 per day, depending on experience, and will be based in our Westminster office.   Day to day responsibilities will include:   To contribute to and comply with formal project management methods defined by the Programme Management Office To work with the project sponsor and programme director at all stages of the RICS Programme Management process including: Help prepare and present business cases Identify and manage key stakeholders; Help select project team members; Coordinate the project kick off meeting; Devise, gather and document business requirements; Budget estimation and control; Creation and maintenance of project documentation Monitor risks and issues and mitigate impact throughout the project life cycle; Ensure resource tracking is undertaken; Regularly report on project progress through weekly and monthly reports; Develop the project, UAT and communications plan; Ensure that end solutions meet and deliver project goals; Ensure that adequate quality assurance in applied to project deliverables; Undertake project closure and evaluation tasks.   The ideal candidate will be qualified to PRINCE2 or an equivalent standard for project management, with practical experience using formal methods. They will have a good understanding and experience with the management and delivery of the complete project life cycle for business change projects - to include both IT centric and non-IT centric projects. A clear understanding of technology and knowledge of the construction cost analytics would be an advantage.
