Conversion-Focused Website Finisher (Breakdance/WordPress) at Gabitie Group Ltd, Wolverhampton/Remote, £Freelance Rate

Contract Description

Full job description

**Project Overview**

We have a WordPress website (built in Breakdance) that is approximately 85% complete.

Like many projects, it has been built – but not *finished*.

We are looking for someone to take this to the **next level and through to completion**.

This is not a task-by-task role.
This is a **project ownership role**.

---

**What We Need**

We need someone who will:

* Take control of the final stages of the website
* Identify what is unfinished, inconsistent, or weak
* Fix, refine, and elevate the site so it feels complete and professional
* Ensure everything is aligned, consistent, and conversion-focused
* Think for themselves and make decisions – not wait for instructions

---

**This Role Is NOT:**

* A passive “follow instructions” developer role
* A build-only task
* A “leave it at 90%” job

---

**This Role IS:**

You acting as the **project lead for finishing this website properly**

That includes:

* Making judgement calls
* Improving what’s already there
* Calling out issues
* Ensuring nothing is left half-done

---

**Scope of Work**

### 1. Frontend Finishing & Optimisation

* Fix spacing, padding, alignment issues across all pages
* Create consistent layout and visual hierarchy
* Improve page flow and readability
* Refine sections so they feel intentional (not generic builder output)
* Improve conversion (clear messaging, CTAs, structure)
* Properly optimise mobile layout
* Ensure the site feels *finished and premium*

---

### 2. Backend System (Key Requirement)

Build a clean, scalable system for:

* Project gallery
* Case studies
* Example projects with pricing

This should include:

* Custom post types (or equivalent structure)
* Easy image uploads per project
* Fields for:

* Project name
* Description
* Images / gallery
* Key details (size, use, etc.)
* Optional pricing / budget
* Clean frontend templates

The key requirement:

It must be **simple for us to manage and update going forward**

---

### 3. Content Completion (Important)

We do NOT want to be left with a list of jobs to “fill in later”.

You will:

* Populate the site where possible
* Use initiative to structure content properly
* Request anything missing (images, text, etc.)
* Chase me if needed to keep momentum

The goal is **completion**, not handover with gaps
