ITSM Consultant at Valcon Group UK, London, 6-9 Months, £500-£600 per day

6 to 9-month contract £500 to £600 per day Inside IR35 London/Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant to provide hands-on delivery across a range of Service Management improvement and service transition initiatives.

You’ll take ownership of key workstreams including:

• CMDB implementation
• Hornbill to ServiceNow migration
• Service Request and Knowledge Management
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• AI-enabled automation within Service Management
• Service Design and Transition support
• ITIL and SIAM process alignment 

The ideal candidate will have strong ITSM delivery experience, excellent ServiceNow knowledge, and a proven ability to design, implement and embed processes into BAU within a complex, multi-supplier environment.

Rate: £500 to £600 per day Inside IR35
Duration: 6 to 9 months
Location: London/Hybrid
