AfterQuery is seeking experienced Product Managers to create and evaluate product-management reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic product scenarios — prioritization calls, spec reviews, stakeholder trade-offs — that test an AI model’s ability to reason like a strong PM, and grade model responses against real product judgment.

- Collaborate with a team of product and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage across product domains
- 3+ years of product management experience at a software company
- Track record of shipping products and writing crisp product documents (PRDs, strategy memos, launch reviews)
- Exceptional analytical and written communication skills
- Experience across multiple product surfaces (consumer, B2B, platform, growth)
- Prior experience mentoring PMs or reviewing product work
- Familiarity with AI/ML products is a plus
