Contract Description

HM Courts & Tribunals Service is responsible for the administration of criminal, civil and family Courts and Tribunals in England & Wales. Their roles support service users and colleagues within HMCTS, where people and businesses access potentially life-changing justice. As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead a business change initiative to review locally managed payment processes to ensure they meet PCI DSS compliance requirements.
  • Conduct current-state assessments across multiple sites, identifying compliance risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardisation.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, security, and compliance stakeholders to define a PCI DSS-compliant target operating model.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery, including governance, risk management, process redesign, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness activities.
  • Deliver a secure, compliant payment capability that reduced regulatory risk, improved operational controls, and enhanced audit readiness across the organisation.

 

Essential:

  • Demonstrable project management experience delivering complex business change transformation or technology projects.
  • Experience supporting compliance and assurance activities, preferably involving PCI DSS or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, governance, risk, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate required activities and drive delivery within a complex environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
