Solution Architect - ERP/Oracle

Contract | Large-scale ERP Transformation

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme.

Key requirements:

• Strong ERP Solution Architecture experience, ideally within Oracle/Oracle Fusion environments.
• Experience working across HR and Recruitment modules.
• Proven experience designing ERP solutions/services within large, complex programmes.
• Strong third-party supplier management experience, ideally working with partners such as Accenture or the Big Four.
• Comfortable working client-side, providing technical oversight and challenge to the build/implementation partner.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on large, long-term ERP programmes - ideally with significant tenure on individual engagements.

Key focus: Solution Architecture, Oracle/ERP, HR & Recruitment, supplier management and strong stakeholder engagement.
