The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled freelance Google Ads (PPC) Manager to join our contractor network. You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns for businesses across a range of industries. We're looking for someone who is analytical, results-driven and focused on delivering measurable return on investment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create high-converting search, display, shopping, video and Performance Max campaigns where appropriate.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimise landing page recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for results.
• Manage bidding strategies, budgets and audience targeting.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager where required.
• Produce clear performance reports and actionable insights.
• Implement client feedback and campaign revisions.
• Communicate professionally with the Armada Growth team throughout each project.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of PPC strategy, bidding, Quality Score and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
