Product Owner - Marketing & Brand Technology

We're looking for a hands-on Product Owner to support our Marketing & Brand function, driving discovery, product shaping, and optimisation across a portfolio of customer-facing technology solutions.
This is a true doer role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, working closely with stakeholders, and identifying how technology can enhance brand experiences across our stores and digital channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead product discovery and shape future technology solutions for Marketing & Brand
- Evaluate and optimise SaaS platforms, technology capabilities, and vendor solutions
- Drive innovation across in-store digital technology, including screens, devices, and customer engagement tools
- Own product roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans
- Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Technology, and external suppliers to deliver measurable value
- Manage relationships with a diverse vendor landscape (up to 10 suppliers)
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years' experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery
- Strong experience in product discovery, solution shaping, and technology optimisation
- Knowledge of SaaS products and customer-facing technology ecosystems
- Proven stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and third-party suppliers
- Experience working with digital signage, in-store technology, hardware, devices, or customer experience platforms is highly desirable
- Agile mindset with the ability to balance business value, customer experience, and technical delivery
