We are looking for a Project Manager for a 3–6 Month Day Rate Contract on a hybrid basis in Dublin.
Purpose of the Role
To lead and coordinate the successful delivery of finance-related projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery of business outcomes within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to implementation, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues are effectively tracked and managed.
- Work closely with Finance, Technology, and third-party stakeholders to drive alignment, progress, and successful delivery of project objectives.
- Oversee project governance, including RAID logs, status reporting, steering committee updates, and documentation standards.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making forums to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessment, approval, and implementation of changes.
- Support planning, tracking, and reporting activities using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
The Skills You'll Need
- Proven experience delivering projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong Finance background, ideally within reporting, consolidation, or financial transformation programmes.
- Experience working with financial data, hierarchies, and reporting classifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, and third-party partners.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing or supporting delivery of business or finance-related projects in large organisations or consulting environments.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting structures.
