Contract Description

Whitebridge is looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the application and service migration to a new platform for our utilities client.

Experienced required:

  • Experience across a broad range of IT services and disciplines, with emphasis on cloud services and familiarity with IT Service Management and ITIL standards
  • Experience with the ServiceNow toolset and/or CSDM Modelling is desirable.
  • Previous experience in service delivery management or support roles, particularly supporting business-critical cloud systems in medium/large organisations.
  • Service reporting skills at a professional level, as well as strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills, experience with SharePoint is desirable.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads under demanding schedules and the ability to take ownership of escalations, problems, and requests.
  • Logical problem-solving skills based on sound analysis and available facts and capable of visualising and articulating solutions to service issues identified through incident and request analysis.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and resilient, with a flexible can-do' attitude and strong influencing skills.
