Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a Cyber Security Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing cybersecurity measures, conducting vulnerability assessments, and ensuring secure application and network configurations. You will analyze security requirements, provide insights into potential risks, and recommend solutions to improve overall system security.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Application Security, Cybersecurity, and Information Security
• Hands-on experience with Network Security and Vulnerability Assessment
• Knowledge of security tools, protocols, and best practices
• Ability to assess risks and provide actionable security recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or automated security systems is highly beneficial
