We are currently looking for an Email & Automation Specialist to join our remote team on a flexible freelance basis.

Role Overview

As an Email & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns and automation systems for our clients.

You will work closely with our team to set up email sequences, newsletters, and automated follow-ups that help clients nurture leads and stay connected with their audience.

This role is ideal for someone who understands email marketing strategy and enjoys building simple but effective automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns
• Design and write email newsletters
• Create broadcast email campaigns
• Build welcome sequences and onboarding emails
• Create lead nurturing sequences
• Set up follow-up automations and workflows
• Ensure emails align with client branding and messaging

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar
• Understanding of email marketing best practices
• Good written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

• Self-employed / freelance role

• Zero-hours contract (work allocated as projects come in)
• Fully remote
