We're seeking a Data Modeller - Systems Analyst (Collibra) to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our international logistics organisation.

Summary

As a Data Modeler - Systems Analyst (Collibra), you will play a pivotal role in mapping data flows, understanding the intricacies of data elements, and contributing to data governance. Your expertise in data lineage and familiarity with Collibra will be instrumental in managing the data catalogue, updating business and technical descriptions, and enhancing the overall data infrastructure.

You Will

  • Develop comprehensive data models and maps to visualize data flows and relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document data elements, their locations, and interactions
  • Maintain and enhance the Collibra data catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date business and technical metadata
  • Contribute to data governance initiatives by defining data standards, policies, and processes
  • Identify and address data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability
  • Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders on data management best practices
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in data modelling and data governance

Ideally, We'd Like

  • Extensive experience in data modelling and data lineage mapping
  • Proficiency in using Collibra or similar data catalogue management tools
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
