About Us

We operate a fast-scaling, multi-region service-based business where Google Ads is mission-critical.

We are not looking for a junior, course-trained PPC manager.
We need someone who can take full ownership of:

  • Google Ads performance
  • Conversion tracking accuracy
  • Go High Level CRM setup and optimisation

If you need step-by-step instructions or have only managed small accounts — this role is not for you.

The Role

You will take over a live, high-spend Google Ads account and an existing Go High Level (GHL) CRM, with responsibility for:

Google Ads

  • Full account audit & restructuring where required
  • Keyword strategy, match types & negative keyword control
  • Budget & bid optimisation for lead generation
  • Ongoing optimisation based on real data, not guesswork

Tracking & Attribution

  • Fixing & verifying Google Ads + GA4 conversions
  • Call tracking, form tracking & lead attribution
  • Ensuring data in Ads, GA4 and GHL matches reality

Go High Level (GHL)

  • CRM setup & optimisation
  • Pipelines, tags, workflows & automations
  • Connecting Google Ads leads into GHL correctly
  • Ensuring every lead is tracked, attributed and follow-up is automated

You will be expected to know what’s broken, explain why, and fix it without hand-holding.
