RoboSync.ai is looking for an experienced Business Development Contractor (B2B) to help us expand our client base across the UK market.
We design and build AI-powered micro-apps and automation portals — delivered in days, fully branded and tailored to client workflow.
We’re now looking for a motivated, results-driven BD professional who is confident in lead generation, outreach, and booking qualified meetings.
Role (Contractor / B2B | Commission-Based)

This role is ideal for a self-employed professional or someone running a small sales agency.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the UK (Recruitment, HR, SMEs, Agencies)
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Run outbound outreach (LinkedIn + email + Dripify sequences)
- Book qualified meetings / demos for the founder
- Maintain a clean pipeline and report weekly activity
- Refine messaging and targeting based on results
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales / lead generation
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Dripify, Apollo, Lemlist)
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Self-driven, organised, comfortable working independently
- UK market experience is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with SaaS, recruitment, HR tech or automation bonus
Compensation (Commission-Based)
- 10-30% commission on each closed deal
