SAP Consultant at Navantia UK, Greater Bristol Area, to April/May 2026, £Contract Rate (Outside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) and Payroll modules. The successful candidate will provide both technical and functional support, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our SuccessFactors landscape.

Key Tasks

• Provide ongoing technical and functional support for SuccessFactors EC and Payroll modules, including preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
• Resolve user issues and queries promptly and efficiently to guarantee business continuity.
• Analyse current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement to optimise the SuccessFactors solution.
• Implement enhancements and updates based on best practices and evolving business needs.
• Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
• Manage and coordinate new SuccessFactors releases, ensuring compatibility and minimal operational disruption.
• Evaluate new functionalities and provide recommendations regarding their adoption.
• Deliver continuous training and support to end-users and the HR team on SuccessFactors usage.
• Update technical documentation and user manuals as changes and improvements are implemented.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless and efficient integration of SAP solutions.
• Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to implement advanced solutions and resolve complex issues.
• Provide information and analysis to support strategic decision-making in the HR domain.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and internal/external systems, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical design documents, mapping sheets, operational procedures, and training sessions.
• Support integration and UAT testing, deployment, and post-go-live hyper care.

Must Have

• Proven experience supporting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC and Payroll modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with SAP CPI/CI, Integration Center, OData APIs, SFAPI, and Event Notifications is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and delivering user training.
