Job Title: PMO Reporting Analyst
Location: Bristol (Remote – 1 day on-site)

The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Digital & IT PMO team supporting a complex portfolio of transformation and technology change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate and maintain portfolio performance data across Digital & IT programmes
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management information using Power BI, Excel and similar tools
Produce standard and ad-hoc reporting packs for PMO leadership and stakeholder groups
Analyse project and portfolio performance trends, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
Support governance forums, assurance reviews, lifecycle gates and PMO reporting activities
Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality
