Whitebridge is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Energy Trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding of energy trading environments (ETRM), risk management, optimisation or asset operations.
Proven experience in system migrations or cloud transition projects
Lead and drive requirements gathering across diverse workstreams, selecting suitable formats and methods.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for development teams.
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos) using Scrum or Kanban.
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains.
Document AS-IS and TO-BE states, including system architecture, data flows and integration points.
Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Product Analysis.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
Ability to clearly document end-to-end technical ecosystems and data architectures....
