Business Analyst (Energy Trading Systems) at Whitebridge Group, United Kingdom Wide, 6 Months, to £600 per day

Whitebridge is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Energy Trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of energy trading environments (ETRM), risk management, optimisation or asset operations.
• Proven experience in system migrations or cloud transition projects
• Lead and drive requirements gathering across diverse workstreams, selecting suitable formats and methods.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for development teams.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos) using Scrum or Kanban.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE states, including system architecture, data flows and integration points.
• Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Product Analysis.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to clearly document end-to-end technical ecosystems and data architectures.
