We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to guide a team of four to five developers through this expansion. You will own the technical design and delivery of the platform, write code alongside the team, and work closely with the quantitative analysts, product owner and business analysts to shape requirements. You will be accountable for delivering the agreed features.
Key responsibilities
Technical leadership
Lead, guide and mentor a team of four to five developers, setting clear technical direction and engineering standards.
Remain hands-on, designing, building and reviewing code for the most complex and critical parts of the platform.
Own the technical design and architecture for evolving the pricing engine into a strategic, scalable solution across the business.
Ensure the platform is reliable, performant and resilient in production, with appropriate monitoring and support.
