Purpose
Single point of senior accountability to NHS Scotland (HIS) for the whole engagement. Owns the relationship, outcomes, plan, budget and governance; shapes the people-led service design approach; and co-ordinates knowledge transfer so that the client can manage and extend the website independently after the contract.
Key responsibilities
Own the client relationship and overall delivery; chair governance meetings and act as escalation point; approve quality gates.
