Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CDP Strategy & Implementation Lead to drive the design, delivery, and adoption of our Customer Data Platform to start ASAP for a duration of three months. Based in a commutable distance to Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritise high-impact CDP use cases, leveraging existing Salesforce insights
Assess and improve customer data quality within Sales Cloud to support marketing activation
Evaluate existing data sources (including Datamind) and define integration pathways into the CDP
Support CDP vendor selection through requirements definition and scoring frameworks
Design and document the customer data architecture, including data mastering, accuracy, and sharing rules
Map dependencies across programmes and technical initiatives to ensure aligned delivery
