Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CDP Strategy & Implementation Lead to drive the design, delivery, and adoption of our Customer Data Platform to start ASAP for a duration of three months. Based in a commutable distance to Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritise high-impact CDP use cases, leveraging existing Salesforce insights
- Assess and improve customer data quality within Sales Cloud to support marketing activation
- Evaluate existing data sources (including Datamind) and define integration pathways into the CDP
- Support CDP vendor selection through requirements definition and scoring frameworks
- Design and document the customer data architecture, including data mastering, accuracy, and sharing rules
- Map dependencies across programmes and technical initiatives to ensure aligned delivery
- Lead business change planning, including training and enablement across markets
- Develop and manage a phased rollout plan with clear country-level milestones
- Define the CDP data maturity roadmap, from initial datasets through to a full Customer 360 view
- Establish integration approaches to enable seamless audience activation across channels
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CDP or customer data transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of customer data architecture and data governance
- Salesforce Expert
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Experience in multi-market rollout and change management
