ARCA are hiring a Clinical Systems Deployment / Business Change Consultant on a 6 month outside IR35 contract basis (NHS experience is essential, along with the ability to travel daily using own car)   We are supporting a major clinical systems deployment across a large Primary Care network within South East England.   The programme involves the rollout and adoption of new clinical systems, across GP practices.   This is a highly user-focused deployment role.
