About the Role
We’re looking for a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong insurance industry experience, hands-on expertise in Pega AI (including Knowledge Buddy and Blueprint), and proven cloud delivery skills . You’ll lead solution design, guide delivery teams, and ensure Pega applications meet business and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and delivery of Pega applications across insurance functions (claims, underwriting, policy servicing, customer service).
Translate insurance business processes into scalable, maintainable Pega solutions.
Apply Pega AI capabilities such as Knowledge Buddy and Blueprint to accelerate design and knowledge-driven automation.
Define and oversee cloud-based deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
