We are seeking an experienced QAE Engineer / Senior Test Manager to join the Move Programme team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the testing strategy across our Automated Warehouse programme. This role will focus on defining and implementing a robust end-to-end testing strategy across a complex ecosystem with multiple interdependent systems and teams. The successful candidate will ensure quality across programme delivery while driving improvements in our testing maturity. A key part of the role will be leading the transition from manual testing toward a scalable automated testing approach across the wider Move portfolio. You will also manage and guide a small team of 3 -4 offshore QA engineers, ensuring alignment with programme priorities and quality standards.   Please note: this is an initial six month contract that sits outside IR35.
