Job Description: Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Physical Audit:  Perform a full manual audit of all IT hardware located at the Bathgate site, including workstations, peripherals, and networking equipment. Inventory Management:  Create and maintain accurate digital records in a central inventory database, ensuring every item is tracked by serial number and specification. Lifecycle Categorization:  Sort equipment based on its current status and future utility: o  Retain:  Identify assets to be moved to refurbished sites (e.g., Maxim). o  Repurpose:  Identify functional legacy hardware for alternative internal use. o  Recycle/Dispose:  Coordinate with designated recyclers for the ethical disposal of non-essential equipment.
