As a  ServiceNow Developer , your main responsibilities will be: Work with development team to deliver improvements in COE 's and implementation of Knowledge Centre in ServiceNow. Promote the benefits the development of the right elements of the platform across DfE service and delivery teams, to give value to the department. Manage the technical development of the platform in line with the agreed policy, procedures, and process. Meet the quality of the development capability within DfE; supporting the culture of continual service improvement supported by data, feedback, and industry standards.
