As a Data Analyst , your main responsibilities will be:
Provide dedicated resource to undertake organisational structure data cleansing across nine Train Operating Companies (TOCs), DFTO, RDG, and a light-touch review of Network Rail.
The objective is to identify and resolve organisational structure anomalies, ensuring the baseline workforce data accurately reflects current organisational arrangements.
