What we do
We find and unlock margin in early years groups. Our work spans margin diagnostics, value creation programmes and commercial due diligence for investors. Our clients are PE-backed nursery groups, independent multi-site operators and investors evaluating the sector.
What you would do
Work on client engagements as a named associate, advising operators and investors on technology strategy across early years groups. Typical assignments include evaluating and selecting nursery management systems, designing multi-system architecture across NMS, finance, workforce and safeguarding platforms, leading technology workstreams within commercial due diligence for PE transactions, assessing API capability, data migration risk and vendor lock-in across portfolio companies, and supporting post-acquisition...
