Alongside providing in house technical support and remote services across the UK and Europe to cater to a wide scope of business requirements.

Tasks include
Assisting with IT hardware & peripheral support.
Configuration of hardware (laptops, desktops and mobile phones)
Contribute to ongoing and new IT Projects in the UK and Europe
Data centre installs, moves and decoms
Data sanitisation – data wiping, degaussing and data shredding
Office IT hardware refreshes
Software and application support
Network support
Server support
