Cyber Education & Awareness at i-confidential, Sheffield/Remote, £Contract Rate

We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Education & Awareness Manager to join an existing team in one of our financial services clients. This will work on the definition and implementation of cybersecurity training & awareness initiatives for internal colleagues and external customers.

The role will involve gathering requirements from business stakeholders to build a scalable customer-facing Cyber awareness offering which includes events, publishing insights and upskilling Managers to talk to their teams and clients about cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce scalable cyber awareness materials ranging from presentation decks, crisis simulations, written materials and other assets to engage and upskill colleagues and clients.
• Product owner of cybersecurity page on internal sales enablement platform where all client facing sales and marketing materials are stored.
• Product owner of cybersecurity learning paths for Relationship Managers and other customer facing roles, ensuring the materials in such pathways are engaging, well used and yielding positive results.
• Support in the measurement and value quantification of all activity delivered.
• Conduct requirements gathering from Business CISO teams to understand clients’ needs.
• Work closely with the Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team, and third-party suppliers to repackage existing assets and/or develop and design new training and awareness initiatives for clients.
• Champion an ethos of customer centricity, ensuring that the end user, and their needs and preferences is central to all programmes and initiatives.
• Proactively engage with business stakeholders and team members within Cybersecurity to exchange knowledge and insight inform the client facing cyber awareness proposition.
• Work closely with the fraud awareness team to share best practice and maximise existing education and awareness channels to customers.

Knowledge & Experience

• Operational resilience, business continuity and cyber defences from a commercial organisation.
• Developing and deploying marketing and awareness campaigns.
• Awareness of behavioural science and learner psychology techniques and best practice.
• Requirements gathering, agile methodologies, and project management techniques.
• An understanding of data analysis and problem solving.
• Designing and delivering marketing, training and awareness campaigns, preferably on cybersecurity or risk.
• Gathering requirements or conducting design activity, preferability with exposure to Design Thinking Approach and end user research methodologies.
• Collaborating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders of varying seniority, within a complex delivery environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at various levels of the organisation.
• Data analysis.
• Content management systems.
• Working with tools supporting internal communication, engagement & training.

Contract will be inside IR35. Applicants must be able to attend the Sheffield office in a hybrid working model.
