Interim IT Supplier & Outsourcing Management Lead at Enstar Group, London Area, 9 Months, £Contract Rate

About You and the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interim IT Supplier & Outsourcing Management Lead for a nine-month contract to take operational ownership of Enstar's IT supplier and outsourcing management activities. This is a hands-on leadership role, directing the offshore contract management service and leading day-to-day supplier governance, performance, risk, assurance and reporting.

What you will be doing:

Lead day-to-day IT supplier and outsourcing management activities including;

• Directing the offshore contract management service.
• Chair IT Outsourcing Contract Management Committee, review quality / provide input to change requests and statements of work, ensure actions are driven to completion.
• Lead and maintain the required IT outsourcing governance, including implementing changes to governance forums, reporting, decision rights, responsibilities and escalation routes to support effective contractual and regulatory oversight.
• Support IT towers in managing service-provider obligations, deliverables, performance and risk.
• Clarify contractual responsibilities, assist with material contractual or commercial issue escalations.
• Maintain decision-ready reporting on supplier risks, actions and issues for IT leadership, including oversight of the IT service provider RAID.
• Oversee the IT outsourcing provider's governance of regulatory-relevant subcontractors and fourth parties.
• Lead risk-based oversight of IT suppliers, including performance, risk and annual reviews.
• Direct and quality-assure reviews of SOC reports and other supplier assurance evidence.
• Ensure relevant subject-matter experts review IT supplier risks during onboarding, material change, renewal and offboarding.
• Provide supplier-management input to service-continuity arrangements.
• Direct monthly supplier-management reporting produced by the IT Administration team.

What you will bring:

• Senior IT supplier, vendor or outsourcing-management experience in a regulated organisation.
• Experience governing a major managed-service or outsourcing provider.
• Strong contract, performance, risk and commercial-management capability.
• Experience overseeing subcontractor and fourth-party risk, SOC assurance and service continuity.
• Ability to lead an offshore service, provide direction and challenge incomplete or poor-quality outputs.
• Strong stakeholder management, escalation and executive-reporting skills.
• Financial-services experience and knowledge of DORA, PRA/FCA outsourcing expectations or APRA CPS 230 would be advantageous.
