About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst with Active SC Clearance to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of Pega-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to define business processes and solution requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Pega developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability of requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience working on Pega projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and business change initiatives.
• Active SC Clearance is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Business Architect (BA) certification.
• Experience working within government or public sector projects.
• Familiarity with Pega workflow and case management solutions.
