Copilot & AI Adoption Trainer at QA Ltd, London Area, £Contract Rate

QA is seeking an experienced Copilot & AI Trainer to support clients on their AI adoption journeys. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of organisations, delivering impactful training and learning experiences that enable employees to confidently embrace Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and the latest Generative AI technologies.

As a trusted learning professional, you will play a key role in driving user adoption and building digital confidence. This is a short term, home based contract offering flexible working, ideally suited to an experienced instructor who can manage their workload independently, deliver high quality learning experiences, and build credibility with learners across a range of organisations.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering virtual and classroom based training sessions on Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies
• Facilitating workshops, webinars and hands on learning experiences
• Demonstrating practical business use cases that show the real value of AI in the workplace
• Supporting user adoption through education, coaching and best practice guidance
• Adapting content to suit audiences with varying levels of digital confidence and experience
• Keeping up to date with developments across Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 and the wider AI landscape

What we're looking for:

• Experience delivering engaging training in both virtual and face-to-face environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Experience using and training on AI tools such as Claude, Gemini or similar
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• The ability to make complex concepts simple, practical and relevant for end users
• Experience supporting digital transformation or technology adoption programmes would be beneficial
