ATLAS is a London-based e-commerce consultancy. We manage wholesale, marketplace and website operations for fashion, lingerie and beauty brands across the UK and Europe.

The role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to run day-to-day wholesale and marketplace operations across our client brands, reporting directly to our founder. The role suits someone who learns new systems quickly, works accurately with data and makes sound decisions independently.

This is a full-time freelance contract, with the opportunity to move to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage wholesale purchase orders from receipt to delivery: confirmations, shipping notices, stock allocation, shortages and credit notes
• Manage marketplace accounts: listings, stock, pricing, orders and account manager queries
• Work daily across business systems: order and finance systems, marketplace portals, warehouse systems and Shopify
• Build and maintain reports and trackers in Excel
• Communicate with clients, retailers and warehouses by email and on calls
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently, and review their output for accuracy

Requirements

• 2+ years in wholesale or marketplace operations, including purchase order management
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables; Power Query is an advantage)
• Strong systems aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Sound judgement and strong attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude at work
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience with Zalando, About You, Amazon or Mirakl marketplaces (for example Debenhams, John Lewis, ASOS)
• NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Linnworks
• Electronic ordering with retailers (EDI)
• Shopify
• Additional European languages

What we offer

• £36,000 per year plus bonus scheme
• Full-time freelance contract, with the opportunity to move to permanent employment
• Hybrid working: around three days a week at client offices in and around London, two days from home
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Exposure to a range of brands, marketplaces and systems

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
