We are looking for an experienced SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) specialist to improve our online visibility, particularly across AI-powered search platforms.

Our Goal

We want LBC Exterior Cleaning and London Bin Cleaning to become some of the most frequently recommended companies when potential customers use ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and other AI search platforms to find cleaning services.

For example:

* Can you recommend a specialist façade or cladding cleaning company?

Responsibilities

1. Conduct a full SEO and AI search visibility audit of both websites.
2. Identify competitors currently being recommended by AI search platforms.
3. Develop and implement a GEO/AEO optimisation strategy.
4. Improve existing service pages, blog content, FAQs and internal linking.
5. Implement appropriate schema markup and structured data.
6. Improve brand authority through relevant third-party mentions, citations and digital PR opportunities.
7. Optimise our WordPress websites using Rank Math Pro where applicable.
8. Research high-value commercial search queries and AI prompts.
9. Monitor our visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI search.
10. Provide monthly reports covering work completed, visibility improvements and measurable results.

Required Experience

* Proven technical SEO experience.
* Practical knowledge of GEO, AEO and LLM search visibility.
* WordPress and Rank Math experience.
* Schema markup and structured data.
* Local SEO for UK service businesses.
* Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush or AI visibility tracking tools.
* Strong English communication skills.
