About Recycling Monkey

Recycling Monkey is a growing UK-based online platform connecting customers looking to scrap or sell their vehicles with professional vehicle recycling agents.

We already have an established, operational website and automated lead-generation system. We are now looking for an experienced, reliable and highly skilled individual to work alongside us to develop, manage, improve and grow the business.

We’re looking for someone who can offer a complete digital management service, covering website development, online advertising, Google Business Profiles, social media, SEO and future app development.

Your Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

• Manage, maintain and continually improve our existing website.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Manage website integrations, payment systems and automation.
• Improve our agent dashboard, lead distribution system and customer experience.
• Develop new features and improve website performance.
• Ensure all systems are operating efficiently.

Google Ads & Marketing

• Manage and optimise our Google Ads campaigns.
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and advertising costs.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking and Google Analytics.
• Identify ways to generate more enquiries at a lower cost.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates.

Google Business Profiles

• Manage and optimise our Google Business Profiles.
• Improve our visibility in Google Search and Google Maps.
• Keep business information, services and listings up to date.
• Assist with legitimate customer review strategies and reputation management.
• Ensure profiles follow Google’s guidelines.

Social Media & Advertising

• Manage Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
• Improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to attract more customers and agents.
• Identify new advertising opportunities.

SEO & Business Growth

• Improve our search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor website and advertising performance.
• Recommend improvements to increase conversions and profitability.
• Work closely with us to develop and implement growth strategies.

Future Mobile App Development

• Advise on the possibility of developing a Recycling Monkey mobile app.
• Help plan the features, functionality and development process.
• Ideally have experience with app development or the ability to manage an app development project.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for somebody who:

• Has proven experience in website development and digital marketing.
• Has strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Business Profiles.
• Understands SEO, analytics, conversion tracking and lead generation.
• Can manage technical systems, automations and integrations.
• Is proactive, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Can communicate clearly and work closely alongside business owners.
• Has a genuine interest in helping a business grow.
• Can demonstrate previous results and successful projects.

Experience with lead-generation platforms, automated advertising systems or mobile app development would be a major advantage.
