Senior Programme Lead - £800 per day via Umbrella (Inside IR35) - 3 Month Contract - Remote UK - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Lead to lead a major enterprise Zero Trust transformation programme. This is a delivery-focused opportunity for a Senior Programme Lead with a proven track record of driving large-scale security, infrastructure or technology transformations within complex environments.

Your responsibilities as the Senior Programme Lead:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise Zero Trust programme.

• Establish and manage an integrated roadmap across identity, devices, networks and workloads.

• Oversee programme governance, RAID management, executive reporting and financial controls.

• Coordinate internal teams, delivery partners and third-party suppliers.

• Drive implementation of Zero Trust, IAM, IGA, PAM, endpoint security, SSE/ZTNA and workload security initiatives.

• Ensure successful service transition and adoption into business-as-usual operations.

As a successful Senior Programme Lead, you will have:

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale technology or cyber security transformation programmes.

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management, governance and executive communication skills.

• Demonstrable programme financial management and benefits realisation experience.

• Experience managing systems integrators, consultancy partners and suppliers.

• Strong operational readiness and service transition expertise.

• Experience within large, global organisations.

Desirable experience:

• Zero Trust transformation programmes.

• IAM, IGA and PAM.

• Endpoint security and modern workplace transformation.

• SSE, ZTNA and network security.

• Cloud security, workload protection and cyber resilience.
