We're looking for an experienced Dependency & Enterprise Change Manager to support a major Digital Transformation Programme.

This is a highly visible role focused on managing technology dependencies across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring alignment between the programme you support and up to 10 other enterprise technology programmes running across the organisation.

The successful candidate will act as the central coordination point, building relationships with programme and project leaders across Technology to understand delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and assess how changes within one programme could impact others.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and maintain visibility of dependencies across multiple technology programmes and transformation initiatives.
  • Engage with programme managers, project managers, architects, and delivery leads across the wider technology portfolio.
  • Understand programme roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans, identifying impacts and conflicts early.
  • Assess how changes, delays, or decisions in one programme may impact other programmes and workstreams.
  • Communicate dependency risks, issues, and recommendations to programme leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Establish and facilitate dependency governance forums and cross-programme planning sessions.
  • Maintain integrated plans, dependency registers, RAID logs, and portfolio reporting.
  • Provide clear visibility of programme interdependencies, sequencing challenges, resource conflicts, and delivery risks.
  • Support strategic decision-making through proactive analysis and effective stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Portfolio Management, Programme Management, PMO, Enterprise Planning, or Dependency Management roles.
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple large-scale technology programmes.
  • Strong portfolio-level mindset with the ability to understand how change impacts a wider technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across programme, project, architecture, engineering, and technology leadership teams.
  • Experience facilitating governance forums and driving alignment across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong planning, RAID management, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across programme teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Large-scale digital, eCommerce, or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Retail technology environments.
  • SAFe, MSP, P3O, PRINCE2, APM, or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Cross-functional technology landscapes including Digital, Data, Supply Chain, ERP, Infrastructure, and Store Technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of multiple programmes, bringing structure, visibility, and alignment to complex technology transformation initiatives.
