About Feldview: Feldview Ltd is a property management company covering London and the surrounding areas.

Our team of 16 works across lettings, sales, maintenance, compliance and finance, serving private landlords and councils.

About the role: Like most agencies, our team spends too much time on email, WhatsApp and repetitive admin.
We've already automated some of our processes, but there's plenty of room to improve and build on them, so our team can focus on the work that matters most.

We're looking for a hands-on AI and automation specialist to take this forward and stay with us long term, continually improving how we work.
The role is 2–3 days a week, with 1–2 days in our London office, starting with a 3-month contract with the potential to become permanent.

What you'll do: Review and improve our existing automations Build new AI tools and automations in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Power Automate, Copilot) Connect WhatsApp Business so messages are logged, organised and routed Clean up our inboxes and set up AI-assisted email sorting and reply drafting Automate workflows across lettings, maintenance, compliance and finance, such as maintenance job tracking, compliance deadline alerts, inspection reports and arrears reminders Train our team and provide ongoing support Document everything clearly so systems can be maintained

Essential:
A proven track record of delivery: real systems you've built that businesses still use today A stable work history, with long-term roles or client relationships Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Microsoft 365 Experience with the WhatsApp Business API (e.g. WATI, Respond.io, Twilio) Good understanding of UK GDPR and data security Able to explain technology clearly to non-technical staff Comfortable working in our London office part of the week

Desirable: Experience in property, lettings or a similar service business.
