CRM & Lifecycle Specialist at Veezu, Cardiff, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

Your Role At Veezu

The CRM & Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for creating, building and reporting on the complex automated campaigns via in-app channels as well as email and SMS.

Reporting directly to CRM & Lifecycle Manager, this role helps to accelerate the company growth by improving customer retention and reducing churn.

Please note: this is a 6 month contract.

What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders across the company to prepare, test and launch new automated campaigns via Braze.
• Run experiments to constantly optimise and improve campaign performance.
• Own and develop key lifecycle campaigns through data-driven insights and feedback loops.
• Provide regular reports on the campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
• Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3-4 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation using Braze.
• Confidence and knowledge in building automation logics from scratch to facilitate engagement.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive can-do attitude and the determination to achieve results.
