Project Manager - Comms at Ministry of Justice, London,/Remote, to 3/27, £Contract Rate

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) priorities include improving public safety and reducing reoffending by reforming prisons, probation and youth justice, and building a justice system which makes access to justice swifter and more certain for all citizens whatever their background. Project professionals in the MoJ help to improve the government’s ability to protect the public and reduce reoffending, and to provide a more effective, transparent and responsive criminal justice system for victims and the public.

As a Project Manager - Comms, your main responsibilities will be

• Working with a wide team of stakeholders at all levels across the department
• Working to build a stakeholder management plan from scratch
• Cover all standard project management duties which include RISK, dependencies, Issues and governance
• Work to both tight deadlines and timescales

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience across stakeholder management at all levels.
• Experience of building a stakeholder management plan from scratch
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management experience and skillset
• Strong self starter with a proactive approach
