The Opportunity

Radar Healthcare's new Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant

Contract UK Remote Outside IR35 Considered

Radar Healthcare is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into the Radar technology environment.

This is a hands-on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target-state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hypercare, and source-tenant decommissioning.

What you'll be responsible for

• Assessing and documenting the source Microsoft 365 environment

• Designing coexistence and target-state architecture

• Migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams

• Assessing and transitioning Slack channels, workflows and integrations

• Migrating Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms

• Coordinating Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions

• Managing domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activities

• Delivering hypercare, stabilisation and operational handover

• Producing migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation

We're looking for someone with experience in:

Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Teams migrations
Entra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications & SCIM
ShareGate or equivalent migration tooling
Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot
Power Platform, PowerShell & automation remediation
Slack migration and collaboration platform transitions
DNS, domain transfer, SPF, DKIM & DMARC cutovers
Technical project governance and stakeholder management

About you

• Proven track record delivering complex M365 migration programmes

• Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on technical levels

• Strong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement skills

• Able to identify risks, dependencies and remediation requirements

• UK-based and available to support workshops and key migration activities
