Overview

Join ORELIS GLOBAL as an AI Program Facilitator and deliver practical, high-quality AI learning experiences for corporate teams. You will represent ORELIS in front of our clients, lead engaging sessions with confidence and professionalism, and help employees turn AI into practical skills they can apply in their everyday work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ORELIS programs for corporate client teams
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on sessions focused on participation and workplace application
• Adapt examples and delivery to the client's business context while maintaining ORELIS quality standards
• Create a professional, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Represent ORELIS to a consistently high standard throughout the client experience
• Share insights from delivery to contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs
  
  

Profile sought

We are looking for an experienced facilitator who combines strong communication skills, business credibility and practical knowledge of AI. You should be confident leading groups of professionals, explaining concepts clearly and creating an environment where participants feel comfortable experimenting, contributing and learning by doing. Experience in corporate training, facilitation, consulting, learning and development, or another client-facing professional environment is highly valued.

Work with an international team focused on one goal: helping organizations turn AI into better everyday work. You will deliver carefully designed programs for professional audiences, supported by ORELIS program materials, delivery standards and preparation.

Languages

Fluent English required.

Compensation

This is a project-based independent facilitator opportunity, with engagements scheduled according to client requirements and facilitator availability. Compensation is agreed per engagement and reflects the scope, location and delivery requirements of each project.
