We're seeking a Principal Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with senior stakeholders and shape strategic technology initiatives within a leading Asset Management environment.

This is an opportunity to influence business change, drive innovation, and deliver impactful Salesforce and customer engagement solutions across a complex global organisation.

 

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, workshop facilitation, and solution design.
• Salesforce experience with a strong understanding of customer engagement platforms and data-driven solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale business, technology, and operating model transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

 

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Platform Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud certifications.
• Asset Management, Wealth Management, or broader Financial Services experience.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
