### Requirements

#### Required

• RELEVANCE: A portfolio of relevant work
• PASSION: A genuine passion for the web and design
• VIBE: A good fit with our design direction
• EXPERIENCE: Demonstrable experience, skill or a strong interest in creating unique, stylised and characterful websites
• ENGLISH: Excellent English and communication skills (written and verbal)
• LOCATION: Europe-based, working remotely

#### Desirable

• UI TOOLS: Experience with Figma (or Penpot)
• GRAPHICS: Brand or graphic design skills
• TRADITIONAL ART: Traditional art skills or interest
• ANIMATION: An interest in animation, interaction, transitions, and bringing interfaces to life
• CLIENT COMMS: Client-facing communication skills (written and verbal), with an interest in sales or client relationships

#### Bonus

• SVG: Advanced knowledge of SVG
• MANAGEMENT: Project management experience
• AI DESIGN TOOLS: Experience with AI design tools, alongside strong articulation and descriptive skills
• COPYWRITING: Copywriting or content-editing skills
• POSTER: Poster design
• SOUND: Sound design
• MARKETING: Digital marketing
• SKETCHING: The ability to quickly sketch wireframes or ideas by hand
• BUSINESS: Experience freelancing or running a small business

An interest in, or knowledge of, major attractions, shows and events, or the video gaming industry would also be advantageous.
