Senior QA Lead (Contract: Outside IR35) – FINTECH / LONDON

We are now looking for QA Lead services on an exciting project!

THE INDIVIDUAL/S PROVIDING THE SERVICES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• Significant experience in a QA lead role
• The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and an understanding of the QA role within it
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES:

• Propose, create and enhance the project's test strategy, considering the test automation approach
• Question and challenge existing practices while actively promoting QA best practices
• Support a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility, by educating the team and focusing on value-add testing tasks rather than routine checks
• Approach complex challenges with a positive mindset, fostering collaboration with the team and the client, while providing solutions to these challenges and taking active part in them
• Contribute to the definition and enhancement of the quality assurance process based on project needs
• Provide support and guidance to the team on QA-related activities
• Build a solid understanding of the business, technical and operational requirements
• Design, maintain and execute test cases, and provide critical analysis of the results
• Collaborate with the Dev team to enhance automated tests and maximize test coverage
• Work with Dev and DevOps teams to improve test automation tools and solutions
